SHIPPING : 

Thank you for shopping with Thunderbird Apparel. We are happy to let you know we ship orders everyday of the work week. All orders are shipped with Canada post and you will receive as shipment notification via email with a Canada Post Tracking number.

RETURN / EXCHANGE :

We will exchange or return any item within 30 days form purchase date. Returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn and in new condition. Unless delivered damaged. A copy of your packing slip/Invoice must accompany the product(s) in the return or exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Refunds:

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your account to be refunded. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process a refund once they have received the information from us. A refund may not show up in your credit card statement until the next monthly billing cycle.
