Do you ship to international PO Boxes or PO Boxes in general?Yes! We ship to any address as long as Canada Post recognizes it.

Can I track the status of my order?Yes! You will receive a tracking number to your email when we ship your order. If you are international and choose Small Package shipping we will not be able to track that for you.

How do you ship your products?We choose the cheapest/fastest method of shipping. Usually Canada post, UPS or Purolator.

How do I return an item?Shoot me a message at thunderbirda19@hotmail.com and we will get that returned for you! Please remember our Return policy as shown below: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additional non-returnable items: - Gift cards To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Can I exchange an item?If the size was wrong, just shoot me an email and we will get that exchanged for you. We want to see you reppin' that TBA gear so we will do our best to do everything in a timely manner. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Can I return a personalized item?No, unfortunately once an item has been personalized this makes it non-returnable.
